Loren comes from a background in project management and corporate operations, with a particular talent for turning complicated processes into systems that actually make sense.

After meeting Baylee and getting a closer look at the sales world, she found her sweet spot: the intersection of operations, sales, and people. At Lazy Girls, Loren runs the day-to-day—building the systems behind our sales team, streamlining the client experience, and making sure both our clients and our agents have what they need to succeed.

She's extremely Type A, a devoted dog mom, and somehow both the personality hire and the person with the spreadsheet.

Baylee comes from a background in sales leadership and team development, with a knack for understanding what makes people buy and turning it into a repeatable sales process.

At Lazy Girls, she leads sales coaching, financial strategy, and long-term growth. She helped build the company around a simple goal: create a well-trained sales team with the strategy and freedom to have genuinely good conversations.

Her sales career apparently started early—her parents say she was giving full-blown pitches as a kid to negotiate for extra dessert or convince them she needed another pet. These days, she puts that persuasive streak to work in both sales and cat rescue fundraising.
